HMO property

Hi All
Wonder if someone can help with some advice.
I recently bought a Buy to Let property which is a HMO. 
What are my obligations as a landlord in addition to getting a gas safety certificate done for a HMO property?
Do these type of properties require an electricity safety certificate by law? Or Fire blankets?

    have you considered using google?
    your respective council's website will set out exactly what you are required to do if you are unable to find the generic advice online, since we do not know if your council applies selective licensing and/or if your HMO is a compulsory one to start with.

    Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

    Do we know this from another thread as not every HMO in England requires a licence or is this property not in England?

    so all you have to do is read your own council's website as it will set out what YOUR COUNCIL requires. Yes there are national standards, but enforcement is a matter for local policy

    OK then your answer is misleading since you cannot possibly state "it requires a licence" on the info provided so far

    You do not know the size of the property and therefore if it needs a mandatory HMO licence, or if the relevant council has selective licensing in place and on what properties/locations that applies
