was led to believe they were the solicitor, they are not they out source the work. The solicitor couldn’t act on our behalf as advised so I contacted homeward to advise of the situation. Tom advised that he was sure they could act on my behalf and would get back to me, but never did. I have been in touch with homeward on a dozen occasions (and spoke to someone different each time) and was and promised a call back and not one call has been received by me.... they have £120 which I can’t get back via credit card because I was not sent any terms and conditions or contract, all I was sent was a stupid little certificate stating ‘no completion no fee guarantee’ which obviously isn’t worth the paper it was written on. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
