Anti Wrinkle Face Washing?

Sorry that people disagree but I am not wrong.
Winter SPF? Soooo is a marketing ploy.
Use sunscreen....not cosmetic SPF face cream.....if you must.
But the wrinkles? Diet....that will help more than anything.
Me and my family don't wear face creams...never moisturize...but exceptional diets.
No wrinkles and look younger than we are.
Buying into marketing......not my thing

I agree with you in some points. Diet is indeed more than anything. Adding to that, live a stress-free life. Stress would make someone look older, to say, having wrinkles. Yay. Have a good day everyone.QuackQuackOops said:Sorry that people disagree but I am not wrong.

What is exceptional about your diet, which means it prevents wrinkles and keeps your skin moisturised?QuackQuackOops said:

You dont want to expose your skin to the harm of UV light...then use a sunscreen
Using cosmetic facecream with SPF is marketing.....costs a lot of money....and is not needed.
Also remember that UV light is what creates the vitamin D.0 -

No dairy, no wheat, no processed foods. NO SOY, no Grain Oils, no sugar.
Diets are terrible in this country. A decent diet will protect your skin from harmful UV rays AND allow the production of Vit D.

I agree with the patting of the face with a towel drying, you don't want to be coarse with it like you would when drying your body when coming out of the bath or shower.Frank99 said:What is the best way to wash your face without purchasing wipes or creams, i used to wash my face with a sponge until my wife claimed is might cause wrinkles so i started just splashing my face with water or dabbing softly. I would love to find one type of cloth to use for this purpose!
Stay out the sun as much as possible because that ages you like there is no tomorrow. I have seen it with friends, they are in their late 30's / early 40's and they have really aged when I have not seen them for months.
I use a cellulose sponge with a perfume-free soap. Cleansing the skin with an alcohol-free cleanser and using a moisturiser that is suitable for your skin type will help.
I have colleagues who do not cleanse and moisturise before applying make up. I cannot believe it! They are the sort that will rush out to buy the miracle creams when they hit the age when wrinkles are prevalent. Prevention is better than a cure. It helps to look after your skin when you are young too, I started from 13 years old because I had severe acne I am 39 now and never missed a day of my skincare regime.0 -

That's just a healthy diet - nothing especially exceptional about it.QuackQuackOops said:

I'm not sure it will eradicate /reduce the number of wrinkles alone though if you also don't stay out of the sun.0 -
Because there is no scientific link that says ' use sunscreen rather than expensive face creams'.Pollycat said:QuackQuackOops said:
