Triple charged for Gatwick Valet Parking (in 2017)

I recently found that I had been charged 3 times in 2017 for a single parking service I purchased.
Only just found this out however.
I tried contacting the original company - who knows, maybe their system made a mistake - asking for a refund of 2 of the 3 charges. But his request has been flatly ignored. So maybe it wasn't a simple systems error.
I tried contacting my bank, but they say as the transactions were more than 120 days ago, there's nothing they can do their end.
So, I'm now not sure where to go with this. I am clearly owed £168 but have no idea how to go about getting this resolved.
Not sure if this is the right forum, but as the transactions were on a debit card and showed on my bank account, this seemed most appropriate place to start.
Advice welcomed for my next steps.
Thanks.

Bank is correct. Only 120 days for chargebacks. Even if you had used a credit card it would be the same answer.
FCA state that anything over 13 months is the customers responsibility, even if it is fraud. So really need to keep on top of checking statements.
Your only hope is with the company who took the funds.Life in the slow lane1 -
Your recourse is via the small claims court.1

As the company still operates, I shall try phoning them.
Would be a shame to have to go to small claims, if indeed that would yield any fruit.
I can't help be curious if they have done this to many customers however.
Anyone?
But to avoid any legal problems I'll not publish their name for now.Friendly greeting!0
