Hi all
I'm in a desperate situation. Firstly , I should not have agreed to stay with VM for another term but I was suckered into a good deal. Sin e agreeing this my bills have always come out full price. I am promised every month that it has a rolling credit. So this month they've charged me the full amount ( I didn't phone to ask the question beforehand) so their promise that it automatically gets deducted is false. They now will not refund my bank account with the extra £40 they have taken and instead say that they can add an extra credit on at the end (which I absolutely don't want!) They are not keeping to their side of the contract but I have to pay an early leaving fee to leave! Has anyone had any experience in this? What are my rights?
