It was probably a one-off mistake, but perhaps someone else had a similar experience.
My girlfriend made a donation to CIN on the big night, and yesterday she got her credit card statement and it showed that they had taken the donation 3 times in 3 seperate transactions. She's furious, as she was just trying to do her bit, and now she has to get the credit card company to cancel two of the transactions and essentially chase a charity for her money back.
Has anyone else experienced this??
