Government funded boiler

Hi, I need some help around the government funded boiler, last year beginning of 2019 the boiler in my rented property was condemned, the landlord at first wouldn’t do anything, then she contacted me asking if I would qualify for a free boiler from the government, at that time I was, due to me sorting it out I managed to get a free boiler, all the certificates etc are in my name not landlords, from my research I believe that this is my boiler and I won’t be able to qualify again due to getting one. I have been in the property for 8 years and 2 nights ago I had someone knock on my door and hand me a letter, it was a section 21 (possession of the property) I wasn’t aware that she wanted me out as when I asked her 3 weeks ago she said no, I have always paid in time and never done anything wrong, kept the house in good condition, she hasn’t once in 8 years upgraded the property and I was lucky to get a gas certificate 3 times in 8 years.
now I have to leave am I fully entitled to take with me the boiler? She has given me 2 months, but at the moment in my area there is nothing to rent, so basically me and my daughter are going to be homeless, she hasn’t once kept me in the loop, looking into a section 21 she should of worked something out with me first, I am mad and upset as this is my home, what do I do?

In all the paperwork the boiler belongs to me0

What do you plan on doing with the boiler and do you have the old boiler safe and are prepared to reinstall it?0

Even if you could have to boiler removed safely do you have the old one to put back in it's place, who are you going to get and pay to do it plus what do you intend to do with the boiler prop in a corner when you find somewhere else to live?1

If you can replace the old boiler that was in the property before you had the new one put in, I wouldn't see an issue. But then you'd likely have to pay for that one to be removed and the old one refitted (If it is still operational and safe). Then you would also have to pay for the removed boiler to be installed in a new property (should your new landlord allow you to remove the existing one). It doesn't really sound like it would be worth your time nor effort.1

I may be wrong but it sounds to me as if your LL has committed fraud. As the LL, they are responsible for maintaining/replacing the boiler as necessary; whether you were or were not legally entitled to a free one on paper is immaterial if you did/do not own the property, AFAIK: https://www.boilergrants.org.uk/eco-qualification-criteria.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIndix_Yv85wIVh7PtCh2CRwQXEAAYASABEgIXE_D_BwE
They also have a legal obligation to provide a new gas safe certificate every year unless I am mistaken. Personally, I'd report them to the council, not least because a Section 21 must be valid to be of any use to the landlord (LL) Failure to produce a current gas certificate is grounds to invalidate a Section 21.
Quite apart from any of that, the LL cannot end the tenancy: Only a tenant or a court can do that so you do not have to leave just because the LL tells you to. You can wait to be evicted and, if you require the council's help to find alternative accommodation, you have to do so; they will not help if you choose to leave before you are evicted. Five minutes reading G_M's stickies at the top of this board will tell you this.
All this assumes you are in the UK, OP.1 -
Tenants can claim the free boiler on behalf of a private let. Only social tenants can't.0

Our boiler is nearly 4 years old; I went into all this at the time and did not qualify because the dying pile of garbage we had was, apparently, "too efficient" but I do know we would not have received an assessment visit had we not been homeowners.1
