to enter by email like hjb says but it;s issue 48/49 in the subject line, and to text in , it's RPL FORTY - EIGHT/NINE

12 - actually it's 'Tom Collins' not 'Phil Collins'. And as there is a cocktail called a Tom Collins the remaining and correct answer is Waterloo!
