Patio Door Hinges

Our patio door has dropped and we are having trouble locking it.
The middle allen screws move the door left and right, but is there a way to move the door up and down on the hinge?
There are the 4 flat screws that I think are holding the door on the hinge. There are the other 2 round screws which don't seem to do anything, as well as two allen screws on the hinge itself.
Any suggestions?

Look under the hinge spindle, there may be an allen socket there.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.
