Fourth Anniversary

I keep getting alerts on MSE Energy Club that I'm paying too much, but based on incorrect information as to what tarrif I'm on (it shows a tarrif I've already moved away from.) However when I log into my account it shows my correct tarrif details. Does anyone know why this might be? Thank you.
