Are all Audi Wheels the same size? Are they interchangeable?

Are all Audi/VW Wheels the same? I need to put one on Q7 temporary.
Hi all
After spending £285 on a brand new tyre (284/40 R21 Y) for my Q7 only 3 weeks ago the tyre has slowly deflated again. I’m pretty sure it’s a slow puncture. So, I goes to the boot of the car and there is no spare wheel or space saver wheel. There is however a temporary pressure repair kit. So, I rang my cousin who works at Audi and he confirmed that there is no jack or spare with this vehicle. He confirmed that I will need to use the pressure kit. However, this will render the tyre useless and also deplete the pressure kit. So, in true money saving style I intend to purchase a replacement wheel to use just to get me to the tyre bay. Then repair the punctured tyre. I have seen loads of spare wheels on eBay but not sure if I can use any Audi wheel or even one from a different model VW or Seat. Are all the bolt holes in the same place?
Any other thoughts guys?

Slow puncture? So why not inflate it with a cheap foot pump to get you to the garage?
Of course not all VAG wheels are the same; the diameter and rim width come in hundreds of combinations. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Yeh, of course you can put a wheel off a VW Up! onto your Q7...1

If you can't buy or borrow a compressor why not call your breakdown company? Pretty sure the AA or RAC will have the means to inflate a tyre

Why do you think it’s a slow puncture? Can you see anything in it? It could be the alloy. Especially twice on the same wheel.1

All sorted now but what I should have said is that the car was on my drive facing uphill. It wasn’t safe to Jack the car up as it was on a slope but either way I couldn’t have removed the wheel anyway because there was no jack in the boot.0

Slow puncture = drive to tyre fitters get it fixed. If it needs topping up drive via petrol garage with air. Total cost about 20-25 quid for repair, 20p-£1 for air if needed.
New wheel, wheel brace and jack aint gonna be cheaper that unless you nick em.0
