Hello. On my latest Amex card statement there's an item marked 'iZ *Loshusan & Company' for £7.80. I've never heard of Loshusan, and I don't recognise that payment. It could quite possibly be lunch I bought from some little takeway place or something, so I'm not saying that it's definitely fraud or anything. My question is "is there a way that I can investigate exactly what that payment was, and who or where that company is, so that I can identify if I really spent that money?" I tried looking up Loshusan on the web, but the addresses there didn't help. It was a contactless payment. Thanks.

Are you set up to view/manage your cards online ? If so you can expand the item to give details of the business address, purchase category etc....

I'll guess iZ means someone using the izettle payment platform, like Paypal, so a small cafe might be typical.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

Registered address is Marylebone Road in London, looking on Goolge Maps looks like a 'wework' premises. Looks like you have used it in a bar/restaurant owned by the Loshusan & Company1

Ask for receipts and check them off your statement.0
