Trying to find out where to send court documents

Hi all,
I'm the applicant in a family court matter involving a Child Arrangement Order.  I did have a solicitor and was getting barristers for each hearing but since it was going to bankrupt me and soon lead me to need to sell the family home (very nice for the children who are living with me), I decided a while ago to ditch the solicitor.
One basic problem has surfaced quite early on which is where am I supposed to send documents ordered by the court?  I've got to submit one by next Thursday, but, either by design or neglect, its ridiculously difficult to work out where to send it.
I'm in the Lancashire region, and had been told in the past to send documents to an email address which is blackburnfamily@Justice.gov.uk .   The case has already had several hearings and has moved around from court to court in the region and from Judge to Judge.  When I send an email to that email address I always get an auto response email, and afterwards they sometimes actually reply.  The auto response says:

Thank you for your e-mail which has been received by the Court.  If you are simply filing a document with the Court you will not receive a further response, otherwise the court will respond to your enquiry in due course.  However, please be aware of the guidance below.
From 13th March 2017 the administration for Lancashire cases will no longer be centralised and you will need to use new e-mails addresses for filing.

If your case is allocated to a judge then it will be dealt with at the judge's home court.  Below are lists of the judges' base courts and the new e-mail addresses you should use.

If a case is allocated to a legal adviser/bench then in the majority of cases it will be dealt with by the court closest to the child's address for Children Act cases and the applicant's address for Family Law Act cases.

Sorry that that quote has lost a lot of the formatting, but you get the gist.  The thing is that there were 3 previous hearings, all with different judges and locations (one vacated and then relisted), but none of the 3 judges names even appear on the list above.  At the previous hearing I wasn't convinced that the Judge had even seen the documents I'd sent, and because the hearings have moved from what could be termed the 'blackburn' area to the 'preston' area I am wondering if I should be sending stuff to a different place.   The next hearing is in Leyland (which I presume? comes under Preston, but who knows what the Judge's "home court" is, because their name isn't listed), so I found this webpage for that court:

https://courttribunalfinder.service.gov.uk/courts/leyland-family-court
I emailed the address for family queries there which is family.preston.countycourt@justice.gov.uk and I got an auto reply saying:
I've not included the email addresses for brevity, but I emailed the address specified which was lancashirefamily@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk and got an undelivered email back saying that the email address doesn't exist!  I don't think any of the emails for the domain 'hmcts' even exist because the domain itself appears to no longer exist.
In brief, it seems like a wild goose chase, and that they are sending out massively out-dated information both on their webpages and on their auto-reponse emails.
Now I think (hope) I have time to sort this out.  I will have to phone around on Monday and find out where to actually send them, but based on this I am not sure who I can even trust.  I looked up about how to complain but, again, you have to make a complaint against a specific court.  It seems like this whole thing is in a right mess.  Does anyone have any advice?
