Received letter in the post essentially saying my request to restrict to processing has been declined. Not sure on the point of this as they already stated this over email.

The problem with BWLegal is that think they are little gods ....... and in this unregulated industry they are nothing more than pests who are easily beaten.

With their stupid claims adding on fake amounts, the courts are all to ready to kick them out and as it would seem, on just a little error without getting to abuse of process which would spank them anyway. But now there is an even bigger stick and that is the new Civil Procedure rules which promises contempt of courts which the judges will apply.
Apart from some of the rubbish in their claims, when they sign a witness statement they simply cannot justify fake add-ons and anything they say will not be true.  The judges will either hold the legal rep they send in contempt of court, the person who signed the WS or go right the way up to the directors.
The courts are sick of BWLgal and the other drifters for ignoring them ???

More and more people are going back to these people saying

For the benefit of the court and myself, I require you prove to me that you have legal authority to add unknown amounts. I will of course rely on the current law and the new Civil Procedure Rules

As said they are not gods ....... it's the judges who are the gods and can apply CONTEMPT OF COURT

Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules bring mandatory changes to statements of truth

    Update 17/06/2020.

Letter received advising that account with BW legal is now closed. They had been speaking to their client over the past few months and it’s seems all your help has worked! Thank you so much!
