Uber Eats Promotion

A bit late now for this particular example, but be warned for future ones.
Uber Eats emailed me a promotion offering Free Unlimited Delivery until March 1st.
On two separate occasions I have tried and failed to use this offer. Each time, the app told me the offer was not available.
Taking it up with Uber Eats, I was first told that my account had used the offer to the maximum allowed level - I hadn't used it at all, and the offer was marketed as unlimited.
I was then told it was limited to 120,000 uses (subsequently altered in their communications to "users") and that this was clearly stated in the terms and conditions. In fact such a restriction is not stated in the terms and conditions at all, and these are themselves a garbled mess of poor copying/pasting with strange, out of context snippets about people in Birmingham, that appear in random places.
I was next told that they were unable to refund anything to my account, but later that they had refunded one (of two) delivery charges.
I have asked them to indicate where the notional restriction of this "unlimited" offer appears in the terms and conditions.
Thus far, they have declined to reply.
This is only a small value transaction, but be wary of promotions from Uber Eats.
