Completely agree with this. I completely understand reluctance to phone DWP but often there is nothing to lose and a phone call can produce results. i agree. I'm never one to call them, like you said, I never want to rock the boat, I'm always worried about it. But here I just thought the worst case scenario is that things remain exactly the same, so it was completely worth the call. There really was nothing to lose and my expectations were really low, so this was a huge and pleasant surprise!calcotti said:
