How did you get on with your PoPLA appeal for the first PCN mentioned on this thread?

Asking for help about two different PCNs on the same thread will cause confusion. Please create a new thread and ensure you state these are separate to your existing thread.
Why is the driver worried about these new PCNs anyway? Surely The Keeper is dealing with them as per the advice in the NEWBIES and the advice on this thread that you have already received.

The keeper of the vehicle did not make the PoPLA complaint in time unfortunately. Very regretful of course. The driver is also the keeper of the vehicle, albeit the vehicle is a company car leased to the driver. The debt letters are being sent directly to the drivers home address and no longer to the owners of the vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle made the appeal of the first invoice claiming they had a medical emergency hence why they overstayed and had to return after the 3 hour break off so they were able to drive safely. The second invoice was not appealed neither did they appeal to PoPLA. Silly, the driver now knows this.

Prepare for up to 6 years of hassle, harassment and intimidation, with any day the possibility of a court claim dropping through your letterbox. At present ECP are only marginally litigious, but with massive losses across the PPC network, hunger is setting in.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
