    NSD  17/20  for me  today .  Cathybird   would  you change  Aprils target  to  20 ,  I'll  see if I  can  get  there  with better  planning  and inventive  meals    and I  wont  be  meeting   friends  for coffee  either ,  so should  be  doable x

    17/16 for me as NSD today for me please cathybird. I would like to go for 16 again in April. I hope to more but when life returns to normal, if it ever does, I want to maintain the habit of only spending 3 days a week.
