    checking  in  early  today  as  stuff to do later  none of  it spendy :)
    NSD  8/20 for  me  today  to  help  me  keep on  track I divide  the  month  into 5  groups  of  6  days  and  aim  for  4 NSDs  in  that  6  day  period   so  on  track .

    I'm all packed up and heading to the airport a bit later, then a long flight so don't think I will probably be able to update till tomorrow or the day after, but keep those NSDs coming :) I'm really looking forward to being back to normal life and being able to notch a few of them up. :)
