And that's with them just fronting savings products, imagine what it would be like if they offered currant accounts.... ;)
Believe it or not, they actually do have one of these - the holding account for your deposits and withdrawals. I got my annual statement for it from them only last week, and it originally confused the hell out of me, until I realised what the account was all about.

I only ever used Raisin to bag their new customer offer. The experience wasn't overwhelming but I would use them again if they had any market-leading offer. Although I would never again put any money into ICICI, either through Raisin or direct. Also, HL's Active Savings, which follows the same kind of concept as Raisin does, seems to be a little easier to use. It's worth IMO to have them both on your radar if you have cash savings.

Thanks to this forum, I have decided not to get sucked in to Raisin's ad of 95 Day Notice Account at 1.6% from ICICI Bank. I've also read the reviews of this bank - oh dear...not someone you should trust with your hard earned cash I'm afraid.
There's a lot of sour grapes about Raisin :)
It's not clear from wildfirejc's post whether they are wary of Raisin or more specifically ICICI.  One of which is a bank and one of which isn't.

My experience with Raisin - when they first started up - wasn't great.  They did that change of platform soon after that messed things up.  And meant a new registration to carry on. But they've not been a problem since.

But for ICICI - my direct experience of them has been truly awful, as has many others.  Rubbish website that looks like it was designed as a school exercise and my login no longer works (I have about £5 left with them!).  Amateur level comms too.

But I'd have no problem using ICICI through Raisin, as there wouldn't be any direct dealings with ICICI or their rubbish interface and comms.

Not sure why so many seem to dislike Rasin - as Colsten says they, and the similar HL Active Savings, are well worth keeping in mind.
