Can you find out at what price a new build sold for?

I am purchasing a property in a small group of new build homes. I offered £25,000 less than what the estate agent / builder was asking and they accepted as well as telling me 2 of the other properties sold for the asking price and that the builder had felt they had got a good price for those 2 that they were happy to drop the price for me. But you know - they could just be saying that. Though I would expect at least one of the properties sold £25k more than I paid as it was reserved 3 months ago and I only just reserved mine.

I am now curious if this information of who paid what price for their property gets released. I know Zoopla have sale price history. Is it likely that websites like Zoopla will be handed over the sale prices info for these new builds? or do they not keep track of new builds? Zoopla has listed the property I am buying.

When the sales are complete the sold prices will (almost certainly) be registered with the land registry, which you can then check either directly or via Zoopla, Rightmove etc.

The problem with LR data on a newbuild is that it doesn't always tell the whole picture.
House 1 sells for £200k. LR says house sold for £200k. However, the buyer negotiated £30k worth of SDLT, solicitors, kitchen bathroom flooring upgrades for free.
House 2 next door has a canny purchaser who negotiates the price down to £190k. However they have to pay SDLT, solicitor,  pay to upgrade their kitchen etc.
As a prospective purchaser of House 3 you might get fixated on knocking off £10k like buyer 2 and miss out on the bigger savings available..
