  • I didnt see from the Original post if this was booked a while ago or not, My recommendation would be to recreate the issue and download a screen recording app to capture it. That way you can evidence the issue should there tech try and rectify it. - IF what you're saying did happen and is recreated i'm sure they will agree it's an error and Amend the booking as a Goodwill Gesture (providing its the same cost) Alternatively should that not work , a quick letter/email to their Customer Service Director will likely do the trick.

It was booked just over a month ago. That is the thing if I try the same process again it works perfectly fine. I tried it the day after and the website was working normally. For some reason it was just that evening the website had the bug. If only I screen recorded my PC it would have been a lot clearer than the phone recording.
  • Have you considered the possibility that you made a mistake?  It does happen, and it seems odd that the ‘bug’ was fixed yesterday the next day.

Of course, if you'd booked a flight with the airline instead of a travel agent with a terrible reputation you wouldn't be having this issue.

I’m confused? Did you not watch the video or the part where I said I tried another 3 times after making the booking and got the same result?

What will Lastminute charge if you cancel the flights that you have booked ?
Can you still book the flights that you would like to use ?

Mentioned it was a 100+ roughly to cancel the flights. Which I think is ridiculous because Etihad have said they will give you a 100% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the booking. We tried to change within 5mins of the booking and last minute said there is a cost for that. The Hotel I am happy with, it is just the flights that is the issue atm

But if I was able to get the flights cancelled with no charge then I would happily just book the flights elsewhere.

But that is if you book with them directly, you booked through and agent and in doing so have lost that benefit.

Realistically It's an hour 15 mins transfer in a coach, not ideal but not the end of the world, it can take an hour to transfer from DXB if the traffic is bad.

Maybe ask Last Minute if they will upgrade your transfer to a car as a goodwill gesture?
