Wrong U1 Form

One month ago I've been sent my U1 form from Gov.Uk, as I requested it. I needed it to have my benefit from my Government (Italy).
Unfortunately, now I've been refused the benefit because my Government said that my U1 form shows that I'm not entitled to any benefit! They say that according to it, I and the company agreed to finish the work, whereas I had to stop working because the hotel closed for the season!
How can I ask Gov.uk a review of the above mentioned U1 form? There's clearly wrong information on it! Thanks.

Try ringing 0300 200 3500 if you are in U.K. or + 44 191 203 7010 if you are outside. This will take you to HMRC NI department. See if they can help. However their records will depend on what was reported to them by employer.
Do you have any paperwork from the hotel confirming your contract?
