    Hi Coupon-mad,
    I checked my lease docs.
"the lease Grant's exclusive use of car parking space in title" and
NO mention of cpm / displaying tickets whatsoever.
    =======> NEXT STEPS
I am now in the stage of paying £15 and appealing to IAS or paying £100 to cpm.

===== If I chose not to pay ==> what are my options here ? I already sent 3 appeals online to cpm saying I won't pay.

Do I just wait for them to take me to court ?  What should I do if debt collectors send me letters ? what are my next steps in the flow.
    kindly advise.

Please note: I do not wish to ignore any letters being sent to me.

    Thank you.

Do not take either of those options.

Where did you get the idea that either of those are the right thing to do?

Then please note: you are running at a greater risk than is necessary. You are best advised to take no notice of any debt collectors letters.

Words fail me - the NEWBIES thread is CRYSTAL CLEAR on this stage!  No-one pays £15 for a guaranteed binding decision from that kangaroo court.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hello Friends,
Thanks for your replies. Kindly answer my 2 queries below please.
    1) So, I understand my next course of action is to
ignore any letters either from CPM or debt collectors and ONLY action if it is claims related / court related.
And, keep updating them if I change my address.
     Am I right ?
    2) I identified myself as registered keeper on their online appeals and they have addressed all their correspondences(I believe NTK as well and they mistyped my name too on the letter they sent by post) to myself as I identified myself as RKeeper on my initial online appeal.
But, the V5 is on my partner's name. [This is because No way she would have spent this much time on this issue]
Will it be an issue if this gets to the court stage ?
    Many thanks in advance.

    1) Yes.
    2) It means they havent bothered checking with the DVLA, so they cannot possibly use POFA to hold the Keeper liable. there is a REQUIREMENT for them to check with the DVLA.

Please do not pay them, unless this is pinched in the bud you will get more tickets. By the way CPM don't understand the meaning of management, they farm car parks only for money As said the CAB are useless when it comes to the parking scam.
