No Claims Bonus Information With held by Insurance Company

Wondering if anyone has any info.

Tried to get my no claims details from my insurance (Its on a company car 3 years no claims) My insurance on my new car is giving me till Tuesday 3rd March get the no claims documenation or they will cancel the agreement.

The old insurance is saying it will take 10 days. Does anyone know why they are taking so long? Or even if this is allowed to withhold details so long?

Any advice I would be most happy with. The insurance has had this info for 48 hours so I am looking at a week on monday before they would provide it based on that time frame
