The prize is an FSC 100% timber front door from Bereco Retail Ltd with an RRP of £3,000, including VAT, provided on a supply only basis.

The front door is a single Flush Entrance Door and frame from the Bereco Contemporary Range in a choice of 9 designs. The door is supplied with the following specification; Manufactured from engineered redwood; finger jointed 100% FSC certified timber. Factory finished in one single colour (door leaf and frame) with a choice of 27 opaque painted finishes available as show in the Bereco Collection of Paint & Stain Finishes brochure. Available upon request. Factory fitted Pas24 certified Fuhr multipoint locking system operated by a single lever handle. Supplied with an ERA Fortress 3* neighbourhood watch approved door cylinder. Supplied loose. Supplied with a Barrington Bulb End Door Handle and optional eye viewer in a choice of 10 colours. Supplied loose. For colours and design click here. The sizes available are bespoke up to a maximum permissible width of 1000mm wide and 2200mm in height. Dimensions over this size can be accommodated but will be subject to an additional cost. Factory fitted standard door threshold included. Open In: Proline AM3 140mm, 43mm Aluminium & Hardwood Threshold. Open Out: 140mm, 43mm Hardwood Threshold. Upgrades to alternative thresholds are available at an additional cost. A quotation is available upon request by emailing estimating@berecoretail.co.uk. The prize is on a supply only basis and does not include measuring and or installation. Opening measurements must be supplied by the winners. The winners must engage with the promotor Bereco Retail Ltd to finalise design and optional specifications prior to commencement of manufacturing. The current manufacturing lead time is 6-8 weeks but is subject to change and seasonal fluctuation. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but will be quoted and confirmed upon commencement of manufacturing. Delivery to mainland UK is included in the prize. Prize cannot be transferred to any other person.
