Mann V Abbey - help with next stage

Hi I posted on the site a week or so ago as I have taken Abbey to court as although I started my claim way back in March they didn't pay me back the £3800 plus interest, they put £435 in my account which I refused. They also have never provided 04/05 statements which also held everything up. then the annoucement came and Abbey refused to even discuss the matter, even though I was told an offer was coming out to me.
So as they recentley took £150 in charges for going overdrawn by £2.98 I had enough and I took the plunge and sent a claim in.
What are the chances here with the test case in place, I have the court letters through which says it has gone to Abbey. What should I do next?
