Hi. I claimed for ppi after my iva finished 6 years ago. I won but they are paying to my iva. I still have the fees to pay. How do I get them deducted from the payment?

Do you mean claims company fees?

You can't as you agreed to pay them, not the bank.  You'll need to pay them out of your own pocket.

Number one rule, never re-claim PPI after insolvency, as it nearly always goes to the creditors, especially when using a claims management company, as you are now liable for their fee`s unfortunately.

Thank you for your comment. It seems it is hit and miss. One claim to iva the other to me. Can I ask do you know know anything about claiming back the HMRC's tax deducted from the claim. Is it possible?
