Please could you read, in full, the TELEPHONE HEARINGS thread because you should be attacking this much more robustly.    You don't want it heard on the papers and ideally you want the Judge to strike the claim out (or the Claimant to discontinue) and not even have a phone hearing!

That thread makes it clear that a hearing 'on the papers' is to be rejected, and a covering email and Draft Order to send to the Judge to get them to consider their duty under the CRA s71, and possibly strike the claim out.  The latest suggested wording is in post #10 of that thread but read it all!

It's just with it mentioning the remote options of email, phone and video that made me think it was covid19 specific.
You need to head off that prospect if you can.

Exact info is in the TELEPHONE HEARINGS thread.  Do what it tells you
I will have a read of that thread but both parties ticked the box to disagree with it being sorted on paper alone.

I know, but the other 3 threads show you how to try hard to get the claim discontinued or struck out, and to hopefully avoid a hearing at all...

Are you referring to this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6130456/telephone-hearings-re-parking-firm-claims-can-we-all-discuss-strategy-and-outcomes-here/p3, just so I'm sure to be reading the correct information? I haven't got my WS yet so I'll get working on this ASAP.

I've emailed over the N159 form today. When would I ideally be sending the court dismissal letter. Should i be aiming to get this across ASAP or when I get a hearing date?

Not just that one.    Boy this forum is hard work this week!  My reply was clear, surely?
I was talking about the other three I linked you to by their usernames...

''the other 3 threads'' does not mean one thread...I gave you the other three, in my earlier reply, for a reason.

@Coupon-mad is this lockdown getting to you today 🤯.
I dont see any reference to 3 threads apart from you talking about the thread I linked to. Either that or I'm going blind and lockdown crazy.
I do appreciate your help because this is all unknown territory and I've already messed up in the early stages by not coming to this forum sooner.

Oh dear, so sorry!  I blame too many distractions at home today with all my adult kids here.   I cross posted on someone else's exact same thread then, so it will be among my posts today where I keep - again and again - telling people to look at threads by people who've already done it.

Feels like Groundhog Day as we've already said everything we then post.  Almost everyone is at a similar stage!

Off the top of my head threads by these posters have shown what to submit:
