PCP termination
Hi,
I’ve have a few difficulties the last few months and have missed a payment on my motorbike, I have spoken to Blackhorse and they have spoke to me about voluntary termination. I’ve only had the bike 7 months before losing my job. Blackhorse said I can give the bike back and have a pay plan with the to pay back the £3500 still owing, they also said that I don’t have to pay anything and they won’t contact me for the payment but it will go on my credit file for 6 years. ( I already have stepchange on there for 6 years).
But after receiving there letter today it says on one of the pages that they can get a 3rd party to collect the money owning.
Can I get away with Giving the bike back and not paying anything?

How much is the bike worth and how much finance is owed?0

VT requires 50% of the total financed amount to be paid.
Give us a hint on the numbers. Is it a PCP?0 -
If they are asking for another £3500 to VT then I would say no.kyle2810 said:Can I get away with Giving the bike back and not paying anything?0
