Glass and CAP are industry tools, they aren't readily available to Joe public without paying for their subscription.

Whatcar has a good free valuation tool, it's been pretty accurate for me in the past.

Autotraders free valuation tool has given me accurate results in the past, the buy from a dealer range starts at what the Whatcar price is for mines.
