Hopefully the much-delayed introduction of Confirmation of Payee by the major banking groups on 31 March will make some serious inroads into the occurrence of APP scams by providing enough information to the account-holder to see what's happening, which in turn will presumably allow banks to reject reimbursement claims if they can demonstrate adequate warning to the consumer....
