    Nope ... the OP didn't arrange the MOT, the selling dealer did. OP's issue (and path to recourse) is solely with the seller.

    The OP has not said anywhere in his posts that the dealer was aware of the condition of the subframe.

    The dealership took it to independent  garage. He contacted me  and said they agreed  with the mechanic i used and was recommended  to do other work on the car due to  excessive corrosion aswell  as the subframe. The dealership  was very apologetic  and have said the work will be done next week at his cost. My expectations were not high i didn't expect a brand new car i was only going of the advice the mechanic had given me. I have very little knowledge of cares and its a lesson  well learnt i can tell you
