My ex had entered into a trust deed, we had a joint account which I never used or paid into. There is a default in my name because of account. I have tried to get the bank to remove my name but they said they are unable to do so. Is there anything else I can do.? I was advised that I can do a disassociation form.. But when I called experian they said no that I couldn't do that. Looking for help

You can disassociate if you no longer have any joint products, but the default will remain.0
