Computer is windows 98se, home computer
How do i password protect a folder (i.e. the yellow one) with some personal documents inside it, without the need to go into the folder and protect each file individually.
Ive clicked on the properties tab and only comes up with the options of archive, hidden, read only, enable thumbnail view
many thanks:beer:

I'm using Win98SE here. It's fast and simple, they got it about right in the end.
I agree, up to a point, if there was more more modern interface, it would be good.
My 2nd PC is 98se with 500mhzAMD 384mb RAM.
Loads faster than my neighbours 2.0+ pentium with all the AOL/McAffee carp he insists is a requirement for a connection.Move along, nothing to see.0 -
Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0

Or rar file using winrar.0 -
Alternatively use Cryptainer LE
If you had been using XP, I would have recommended my preferred one, True Crypt0
