Pip assessment

Options
Hello new to all this, back in 2010 I had accident and snap my left ankle kn many places tibra and fibra I was lucky to keep my leg. Back in 2015 I started to get pain and struggle to work and walk, I was told to claim p I p so I made application and I was a rewarded with high mobility and low rate care. Fast forward to 2018 I had a reassessment same problem the assessment medical professional had no upto date medical records, they had medical records from 2014 they made there decision on that.
2018 I was told I am getting low rate mobility so I asked for a mandatory reconsideration well that got refused so I had to take them to a tribunal, I waited over year and half to get a hearing I got there and they asked for medical records up to date I said I thought dwp and medical professional had them no they did not so I had to get records from my doctors and wait for another hearing been waiting over 4 months for another hearing phone the tribunal number and asked what is going on they said waiting to go back kn the list the list  is 32 weeks waiting.
Now I have had a letter from dwp saying the have all the information they need to make the decision, so I phone the pip helpline and now they are saying after the court looking into the matter they have told the dwp to get the medical professional to reassess the medical history and send it back to the case manager today I have been told if the case manager changes the decision I be able to get back dated payments if not it be sent back to tribunal again. I dont get what is going on it's been two years if any one can understands what is going on it be great for the info.

Slightly difficult to follow your narrative but I think it means that the DWP are looking at thedecision which might mean that a transitional banal hearing is not needed.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
