Can Klarna help improve my credit rating?

Hi all
Newbie here looking for advice. I am trying to improve my credit rating, and I'm going through the advised steps, but I wondered if doing a payment instalment plan on a purchase with Klarna would be another thing that could work in my favour? I thought it would prove I am reliable etc, but I can't find anything online suggesting it's a good idea. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the forum
I don't **think** that Klarna report your BNPL account conduct to the Credit Reference Agencies. So, whether you manage the account well or not, should not impact on how your are viewed by lenders.
Maybe someone else, who uses Klarna, can confirm whether or not they report account conduct to the CRAs.

They report to TransUnion, but not the other two I believe.Shows up on my Credit Karma as Klarna AB - Mail Order0
