If you have not received a reply from Tonik on the help@tonikenergy.com email, I suggest you email tonikadministration@deloitte.co.uk and copy tonik@deloitte.co.uk.

I and my elderly Mum were receiving threatening letters about non payment of final bill which had been paid. I had initially been emailing the help@tonikenergy.com mail and received a ticket reply but still kept getting these letters. After emailing the deloitte emails, who are the administrators, threatening legal action myself, if they did not respond, I got a reply within 2 hours. Hope that helps
