How do I access a previously completed budget planner

Morning,

does anyone know how I can access a previously stored budget planner? I’ve been all over the site and all I can find is a link to download a spreadsheet for a new one which doesn’t work anyway and I did want to just amend my old one but it’s been so long I’ve forgotten!
