MSE Credit Club Affordability

Hi guys,
Looking at my Experian credit report through MSE Credit Club my overall score is high (947/999), my credit utilisation is very good, debt ratio very good but my affordability score is very low.
Can someone please explain what the affordability score is made up from and how I can improve it? Seems pretty important considering we’re looking to move house later in the year?
Thanks in advance

Credit Club appears to give almost everyone a very low affordability score, including myself. It is a very common complaint on the forum. Basically it's meaningless, just ignore it.1
