Address verification problem

I’m having trouble registering with Experian as it says it can’t verify my information. I think this is because both my current address and my last address have both appeared differently on different websites. My current address on some won’t even recognise the correct postcode. If I can’t get past this I can’t even begin to check my credit score and rating! Help!

contact Experian with current address and make sure all banks and other accounts have your current address to as this could be causing the problems.1

Have you tried getting your free Experian Statutory Credit Report instead?
https://www.experian.co.uk/consumer/statutory-report.html
You can also see your Experian Report for free via MSE Credit Club.
What about your other two files. Are you able to see your Statutory Report from each of them?I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job

Call Experian. I had problems with mine (couldn't get a phone contract as the identity & address check were failing). Experian's online site couldn't link all my info up, I had an account but no score and nobody could verify me, because the addresses weren't identical - the call centre eventually managed to do something to make it dance on their end and the account began responding correctly to identity checks.0
