Cant find the newbies section regarding appealing a PCN from Britannia Parking. Please help before I appeal to them.

Do not reveal the driver's identity at any point. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people in law.

See the advice above just posted by @Fruitcake.  I see you've used an old post of mine; things have moved on and the NEW DISCUSSION button is now, once again, NEW THREAD.  If you cannot find the NEWBIE are you perhaps trying to navigate the forum on a phone?

I need your help please.

ParkingEye has now issued a Letter Before County Court Claim. I contacted Britannia International Hotel, Canary Wharf as well as their Head office to see if they could do something about it but they couldn't help.

Should I just pay the £100 fine in order to prevent it from going to court?
