1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

The prize winners will be those persons who successfully comment on specific social media posts labelled 'Win Tickets To Halsey' on Hits Radio’s Facebook, Instagram or Twitter pages.

Entrants must comment the name of one friend to enter and the word London or Manchester too indicate which venue they'd prefer to attend.

The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw.

The winner will be drawn after midday on Monday 2nd March.

Only one entry per person, per social platform. You can enter on multiple social media platforms but if you win one you and the person you'd like to go with will be removed from the other draws so you only win one pair of tickets.

2. ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS

All entries via Social Media. Social media entries are free.

3. DATES

Start Date and End Date

From 6.30pm Tuesday 25th February until Midday Monday 2nd March.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date and time will be invalid.

Winner Announcement

Winners will be contacted directly via the social media platform they entered on by direct message. If you haven’t replied with an address by 2pm Wednesday 4th March you will be disqualified and another winner will be contacted. The London show is Sunday March 8th and we need time to post the tickets avoid disappointment for winners.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

Other entry restrictions are as follows: If you intend to take someone to the live show please be aware some seats at venues have age restrictions. We cannot provide different tickets than the ones offered as a prize. No alternative to the prize tickets will be offered.

5. THE PRIZE

We have four pairs of tickets for Halsey: Manic World Tour at Manchester Arena, Thursday 12th March. And one pair of tickets for Halsey: Manic World Tour at London 02 Arena Sunday 8th March. Travel, accommodation and sustenance are not included in the prize.

We are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality, cancellation, or late delivery.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

OTHER CONDITIONS

1. DATA PROTECTION.

Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry or text STOP if entering via SMS. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS.

By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

3. MISCELLANEOUS.

a) Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

b) One entry per person, per platform.

c) If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

d) The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

e) You are responsible for all costs of entry.

f) As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
