Children Travelling to Hong Kong - Should they go??

My children are visiting their father in Hong Kong in a few weeks - should they go?? Is it safe what with Corona Virus? The news online gives no clear advice really. I'm quite worried They are 9,11 and 15 years old.....advice please.

Why are you asking strangers on the internet? We know nothing about your children, or their health or medical history. It is yours and their fathers decision whether to send them or not. They will need to wear a mask everyday if they go outside and best to stay away from densely populated areas
Disneyland, Ocean Park are all closed and all schools are closed until at least April.
I'm from Sai Kung which is much less populated but my family and I will not be returning until all this is over.
