Hi all, I opened a bank account online with Santander but my phone went mad and I couldn't take down the bank account and sort code, how do I get these?

Either wait for them to arrive in the post or call Santander. They will be able to find your account from your name and address but will likely ask additional security questions to verify your identity.0
