If you want someone on the cheap to do your claim forms you get someone that doesn't know the basics of CPR.

should I included in a defecne any emails I sent to the landlords?

in one I'm saying to them that I oppose their statement about 'not controlling the car park', as they re hiring the parking engagement company..

and should I send an email to the landlords to ask if their ideas about facilities in the health sector, something anyway?

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    :))

Shall I ask the landlords, who are a medical facilities company, if they have considered the NHS patient car parking principles Guidance  in the T&C's with the parking management company?
