I am really sorry if I upset anyone I am not the best at using the internet, this morning I parked as usual at chatham station, there was no spaces as I was late today and I often park on the end on a bay with yellow lines parked there 5 times before and no fine, you can fit a double decker bus around the side, I got a pcn today and wanted to know the best way I pay weekly parking for last 9 months and where I usually park all the cars are outside the line because saba want the extra money none of these get tickets including me when I park there I have taken pictures, the car is in my partners name and I want to fight it but I dont want her getting the agrivation from court,
Could someone please help with best advice, I have photos I was not blocking anyone and car park was full and cars not in correct spaces got no tickets

Ignore it for six months and it will time out.  

Google SABA railway six months and read MSE and pepipoo threads that have already covered all this.
