I'm not going to make this personal, I am going to stick to the facts
I have the same right to post here as anyone else.
But you are confusing newbies and taking threads off on a tangent, and your postings are wrong/unhelpful on this board.  Like the rest of us, stick to 'read only' for the first few months and then you'll learn how to advise people helpfully with what is a niche area of consumer law, where the Claimants are not the innocent parties.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

John, when you say that you re going to stick to the facts please do so in future.  Much of what you have posted recently has been fiction. If you continue as you are,  you are likely to lose your right to post.

but you are making it personal when you complain with my name about me adding thanks to a post and you made incorrect assumptions (not facts) about my motive for doing so

you said the OP wanted to know what to do, well I told them what to do long before your posts in this thread, right back at the start I told them what to do

in another thread you made it personal when you made derogatory remarks about coupon_mad

yes stick to facts, keep your personal opinions and name calling out of it, as per the rules , we all have the right to reply, but not to be derogatory or complain about other members, especially not just because you do not like their opinions or motives

so yes, please stick to the facts or else you will end up being PPR,d due to derogatory or inflammatory remarks about other members

The beauty of everything written down is that people can read it for themselves and make up their own mind about whether its a personal attack - which it isn't

    So thats a No then
You would have to do better than that if you were any good at defending parking charges
But when you rack up a few thousand more posts you will be able to join the clique who think they own this forum.

No john it is a yes.  You asked a binary question, you received a binary answer

But when you rack up a few thousand more posts you will be able to join the clique who think they own this forum.

I have about 20,000 posts under my belt under my alter ego The Deep, which I have been unable to log on to since the forum update.  I think  I am indeed a fully paid up member of the clique to whom you allude..

    Hoist by his own petard.

Actually I would love to engage in a battle of wits with him but I fear that half of his troops have gone AWOL.
