Why would you pay a maintenance plan of £50 per month when most boiler repair cost less than £300? Are really you expecting your boiler to go wrong every six months for the rest of its life? The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

You can't get retrospective insurance for a faulty product.
Even if you take out a cover plan, there will be clauses regarding present condition and previous servicing and possibly a minimum period before you are able to make a claim.
You'll have to bite the bullet and pay for your repair.0 -
I found a great heating engineer on 'My builder' and he spent a good 2 hours fixing my boiler, charged me £70 Result!!!! Now I'm not promoting 'My builder' as the flagger I NEARLY employed was a complete K***head, luckily I saw through him and got rid. You just gonna have to do your homework like the rest of us and pay ya money, take ya choice but good luck with it, there are some very decent tradesman out there, your job find one.1
