Payslip address discrepancy

My fiance & I have just had an offer accepted on a house & we are meeting with Barclays next week to get our mortgage application underway. As we were gathering documents my fiance noticed his payslips have our old address on (which is on application as we lived there in the last 3 years). Just a complete oversight & he never got round to changing them. Will this be OK with our application? I'm really worried we might get rejected because of this. I have evidence of our contract for living at the last address & he has proof of address for current address.

That will be entirely up to the lender & their processes and controls: Not much point asking here..Tis amazing the errors on payslips: When I used to work (now retired) I suspect for me & everyone else the only bit you looked at was the net amount paid. I worked for one company for two years which had one character of my NI code wrong on payslip: Never spotted until I wanted by state pension & surprised when it was less than expected: Sorted after a couple of months (thank you you kind taxpayers for paying for my 6 benefits...)0

Managed to chat to a Barclays adviser, who informed me that as long as the payslips aren't proof of address it should be fine. Phew! I've decided that on day 1 this house buying is stressful!
And thanks @theartfullodger for getting back to me, it is amazing the errors. We wouldn't mind but his employer does know our address, but as he never 'ticked the box' to say change my address on the payslip they didn't do it.0
